Easy and quick to prepare this classic Spanish desert is made in moments and just requires chilling before serving. Requires the addition of 750ml whole milk and sugar. Requires cooking.
For a really authentic finish, once made and chilled, sprinkle the top of the desert with sugar and heat under a hot grill until caramelised. cool, chill again and serve!
