These lovely sweet Pequillo peppers are gently roasted and skinned then stuffed with a tasty combination of salt cod, prawns, tomato and onion flavoured with spices and a little garlic and salt. Each can contains 4 or 5 pieces. Simply heat gently in the oven or microwave until piping hot for a light lunch or tapas dish. Lovely with good crusty bread to mop up the juices.
