These small calico scallops come form Galicia in northern Spain. They have been gently sauteed in a little sunflower oil with onion, tomato, a little wine and sesonings. Delicious served warm with some fresh lemon to squeeze over and some crusty bread to mop up the juices.Ingredients: Small scallops, sunflower oil, onion, tomato, wine, spices and salt.
