Octopus Galician Style (Pulpo a La Galicia) is made and served at street fairs in Galicia in northern Spain. Traditionally served on round wooden Pulpo boards, this is a beautiful, tasty dish. Our Gourmet version is ready made for you using tender pieces of small octopus cooked in sunflower oil and flavoured with onion, paprika and a little salt. Simply heat through and serve. In Galicia this is often served with boiled potatoes, but we also love it simply with crusty bread.Ingredients: Octopus, sunflower oil, onion, paprika, natural flavour and salt.
