This smooth pate is made from a tasty combination of Pork liver and traditional Morcilla de Burgos, (the famous Spanish Blood sausage), a little sherry and seasonings. It is delicious served on crusty bread and makes an elegant starter served with melba toast and some baby gherkins.
The pate will have separated in the tin and once opened should be stired until a smooth pate is obtained.
