A full leg of Serrano ham from the pure bred Duroc white footed pig. These pigs are bred in Galicia in the north of Spain. This breed has an excellent marbling of fat which, combined with the unique curing process using less salt than normal, produces a ham of superior texture and flavour.
Ingredients: Pork ham, salt, antioxidant E331iii, preservatives E252, E250, corn maltodextrin.
