A whole leg of Iberico Ham, from acorn fed black footed pigs.  This is cured for a minimum of 36 months for a superior flavour and outstanding texture. The ham has a delicate marbling of fat throughout the meat which, when sliced thinly and placed on the toungue melts to produce the most amazing experience. The ham should be stored on a ham stand. (not included).

This ham is ideal for large gatherings, carved straight from the leg into wafer thin slices.  No refrigeration required.
